The Subresource Integrity hash Adyen publishes for ADYEN_WEB_VERSION's
adyen.js (release notes, "Updating to this version"), which the adapter puts
on the script it loads from its default URL. Adyen asks for the same hash on
its test and regional hosts, which serve identical files. A <script> the
page adds itself for that URL must carry it, with a crossorigin attribute,
or loadSdk() rejects with invalid_request while window.AdyenWeb is not
defined yet.
