Every currency getCurrencyExponent gives an exponent other than 2, with
that exponent, in code order: the 0-, 3- and 4-decimal codes of ISO 4217
list one. Any other valid code reads as 2 (an invalid one throws), so an
adapter comparing its PSP's currency table with PayFanout's minor units can
enumerate every code the comparison turns on from these and that table. A
fresh array on each call.
